To continue to promote the appropriation of tools and communications technologies (ICT) in Cundinamarca, the departmental government signed an agreement with the National Government through the Ministry of Technology and Communications, the framework of the Digital Region and Plan Colombia Digital Live.
The agreement, which was signed in implementing the Agreement Prosperity No. 22 ahead in the municipality of Mosquera weekend, provides for joint efforts to include at least 30 municipalities in the department to project fiber optic network Compartel program, and implement Technocentre in the same, provided they meet the sustainability requirements established by the Ministry of ICT. In this regard, the Ministry is committed to supporting with 1000 stimuli for the purchase of one computer per household affected by the rainy season.
Also, the ICT Ministry through the Computers for Schools program, expressed his intention of providing one computer for every device that is provided by the project partners to campus- of Ontario that do not have computer equipment, in addition to supporting the training of teachers.
During the event, the Minister Diego Molano Mayors invited to participate on 22 February in the workshop "Innovation" that will be advanced in the Government of Cundinamarca, in order to work together and bring new ideas to convert complex situations into opportunities for those municipalities that were affected by the rainy season.
